The holiday business here at Frith has been built on the recommendation of the many guests that have stayed over the past years. Under new ownership since May 2010, the Austins are taking Frith to a new level of luxury and comfort - aiming to give you all the creature comforts of a quality hotel but with the added privacy, space and convenience afforded to a self-catering environment. The Spa quality heated indoor swimming pool is a huge draw and is open all year round.

Our 4 cottages are set in the grounds of our lovingly restored Georgian farm house with Cherry Orchards, manicured formal gardens and luxury heated indoor swimming pool is situated on the North Downs in Kent, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty -  with much to offer walkers, cyclists and horse riders alike.

Whilst being located in an extremely peaceful and well positioned area of the Downs, we are also centally located for visiting the Historic Houses, Castles and Cathedrals of Kent. Canterbury and Ashford International town centres are only 25 minutes away, making both London and Paris a comfortable day trip. 

Our cottages offer very flexible accommodation, accomodating parties from couples through to larger groups of up to 20 or so. The flexibility afforded to the fact that we have 4 cottages of different sizes makes Frith a popular choice for special family gatherings and reunions.
