The cream Shaker style kitchen is fully fitted and includes dish washer, washer/ dryer, microwave and fridge/ freezer. A Neff gas hob and electric oven.

The lounge area, open plan, has comfortable seating including a 4' 6" double sprung bed settee. There is an LCD flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. A Bose CD/ radio completes the entertainment.

The upstairs mezzanine bedroom has either twin or superking double bed with fantastic views towards the Swale estuary from the windows.
The shower room, downstairs, is fully tiled in white and blue.
