Damson Cottage - SLEEPS 6 (plus 3 on sofa beds)          FIVE STAR GOLD

Damson Cottage is our Premier Cottage and is the largest of the 4 Cottages at Frith. Extended and refurbished for 2011, it now boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bath / shower rooms, 2 of which are en suite. It is located in a newly converted Kentish Barn adjacent to Cherry Cottage. (Should you party exceed 9, or should you just want plenty of space, Damson can be booked together with Cherry, Blossom and/or Hayloft Cottage(s). In total, we can accommodate up to 23 guests).

The cream Shaker style kitchen is fully fitted and includes dish washer, washer/ dryer, microwave and fridge/ freezer,  Neff gas hob and electric oven, toaster and kettle.  No need to bring your own Champagne Flutes, Cafetiere or Pepper Mills - it has it all!

The open plan lounge area has comfortable seating including a 4' 6" double sprung bed settee and an Oak dining table that can be extended to seat up to 9 adults. There is an LCD flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. A Bose CD/ radio completes the entertainment. The Cottage also enjoys the benefit of Wi-Fi internet connection.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with king sized bed and a comfortable single sofa bed. The en suite shower room has a walk in shower making this room ideal for anyone with a a disability. Wheelchair access can be obtained via patio doors from the decking to the rear. This room has a flat screen TV with freeview / Sky package and double aspect views.  Upstairs you will find 2 further bedrooms with either a super king or double bed. The super king can be split into 2 single beds. The double room has an en suite bathroom in the eves and both have fantastic views towards the Swale Estuary from the windows. The downstairs en suite shower room has a walk-in shower suitable for the less able and is fully tiled in white and blue. There is a further similar shower room on the ground floor adjacant to the kitchen area.

All linens (bedding and tea towels) are supplied, as are towels for use in the Cottage.  We only ask guests to bring their own swimming towels for use in the pool. A high chair and travel cot can be provided on request, as can Baby Sitting at reasonable rates.  Mid-stay cleans can also be booked in advance, as can a daily Maid Service during the Summer months to meet your needs (prices on request).

Damson comes with 2 parking spaces. (Extra cars can be accommodated with prior notice at a cost of £5 per car per day).
