It is located in a newly converted Kentish Barn.
The luxurious finish takes self-catering to a new
height of perfection.
The cream Shaker style kitchen is fully fitted and includes dish washer, washer/ dryer, microwave and fridge/ freezer. A Neff gas hob and electric oven.
The open plan lounge area has comfortable seating including a 4' 6" double sprung bed settee. There is an LCD flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. A Bose CD/ radio completes the entertainment.
The cottage enjoys the benefit of wi-fi internet connection.
The upstairs mezzanine bedroom has twin or superking double bed with fantastic views towards the Swale estuary from the windows. There is also a single bed settee on the mezzanine.
The downstairs shower room has a walk-in shower suitable for the less able and is fully tiled in white and blue.
The new second bedroom is on the ground floor and is accessed via double doors from the lounge. It comprises of a large bedroom with king size bed, and flat screen TV with Sky/freeview package. There is a walk in shower room .The bedroom has double aspect views over the countryside and rear garden.
