Price & Availability

The prices in the table below are per Cottage per week (7 nights) and are in pounds sterling. Where reference is made to the sleeping capacity of each cottage in the heading, the figure after the word "plus" means the number of further guests that can be accommodated on good quality sofa beds.  The prices quoted for Hayloft and Damson are for 4 and 6 guests respectively. Cherry and Blossom prices are based on 2 guests. An additional charge (£60 per person per week) applies for occupation in excess of these numbers.

Please see the details for each individual Cottage regarding the number of parking spaces allocated to each property.  You may exceed the number stated by prior arrangement. Additional cars will be charged at £5 per car per day (or part thereof).

If Cherry and Blossom are taken together (linked - sleeping up to 8), the cost will be the same as for Hayloft at the relevant time (save at certain peak times such as July, August, Christmas and Easter).

Three or four night short breaks are available in all Cottages except during certain peak weeks (typically Christmas and August). Short breaks are charged at 75% of the full weekly cost for either a 3 night weekend, or a 4 night mid-week, break.

Whilst we try to be flexible regarding arrival and departure days, the normal change over day for Damson, Blossom and Cherry is  Friday, Saturday for Hayloft.

The prices quoted include all linens and towels for use in the Cottages, underfloor/central heating (in the Winter months only) in the Orchard Barn Cottages and two private swimming sessions in the indoor heated pool per day. Electricity is metered and paid for on departure in all cottages. During the Winter months, a flat charge of £7 per day will apply in Hayloft as a contribution towards heating costs. 

End of stay cleaning is included provided the cottages are left in a clean and tidy condition and the Departure instructions contained in the Cottage information folders are fully adhered to. Daily or mid-stay cleaning can be arranged on request. A mid-stay cottage clean and towel change costs £25 for Damson, £22 for Hayloft and £20 for either of Blossom or Cherry. A daily Maid Service may also be booked in advance (prices on request to meet your requirements).

It is our pleasure to provide complimentary welcome items on arrival which vary according to season, size of party and length of stay.
