Terms and Conditions

Bookings for self-catering accommodation are accepted subject to:-

A credit/ debit card deposit to secure a reservation [Visa and Mastercard]
The balance of the account by cash or cheque on arrival [Not by credit/ debit card]
Electricity is metered and charged on departure
In the event of a cancellation the deposit is not refundable. Unless we are able to relet the cottage for the reserved period, 100% of the balance due is payable if less than 28 days notice of cancellation is given. You are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover the cost of your holiday.
All bookings are from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.
The person from whom the card deposit has been taken is authorised to agree the terms and conditions on behalf of all persons in the party. The card holder being a member of the party. The maximum number of guests allowed in each cottage is not to exceed that as requested on the initial enquiry. Additional persons are by arrangement / agreement only.
The owners regret that they must ask you to report and pay for any damage or breakage in your cottage during your stay.
Guests are asked to leave their cottage clean and tidy when vacating.
We operate a NO SMOKING policy within the cottage.
We regret No Pets.
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that our web site details are correct the proprietors can not be held liable for any changes and alterations made. The owners are relieved of any liability for any loss or damage to the property of guests (including vehicles). Liability for harm to guests is also expressly excluded (save to the extent that any such harm is shown to have been caused by the owners' negligence). All guests are advised to carry adequate insurance cover for the duration of their stay.
It is the intention of the proprietors that Frith Farm House provides a relaxing holiday environment. The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation. The proprietors are entitled to reasonable access to the cottages.
