Our prices for those booking direct include:

• Private access to the indoor swimming pool for your cottage daily (one hour or 1.5 hours for Damson)
• Wi-fi
• End of stay cleaning (an additional charge will only apply if our cleaners have to do work over and above the norm because of the condition of the cottage upon departure)
• Heating and electric 
• Parking - for 2 large cars for Damson, one for Cherry
• Use of gas BBQ (Summer months only)
• Tea / coffee, milk, herbs, olive oil, cling film / foil, washing up liquid and other essential cleaning items
• Homemade and / or locally sourced welcome items (more extensive for stays of 7 nights or more)
• All bedding and towels (including tea towels) 
• Indoor and outdoor games (including Table Tennis and Badminton during the Summer months)
• Dog to stay - £35 per stay (Cherry and Damson)
• Special Rates for 2 guests only in Damson outside of peak season - please enquire. 

Shorter breaks (minimum stay 2 nights) are available outside of high season. Please enquire for pricing ().  

The prices quoted for Damson Cottage and Cherry are for up to 6 (Damson) and 2 guests respectively. An additional charge (£75 per person per week / £50 for a short break) applies for occupation in excess of these numbers. Damson has an additional single bed in the King bedroom on the first floor, so that it can sleep 7 in comfort. Where the single bed is used but the number of guests does not exceed 6, add £25 per stay including the extra single bed set.

The rental cost includes under floor heating in the main living area in Damson and Cherry (in the winter months).
